For a height-adjustable washbasin with mirror, for example, you pay about 1,250 euros, a level shower costs about 3,300 euros with installation. A large sum of money quickly accrues, but in many cases you do not have to shoulder it alone. The Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) offers subsidies that relieve you financially. If you or your partner have a care degree, the care insurance fund will also support you with a maximum of 4,000 euros.
