For our fourth location, we were able to acquire an attractive basement office, which is centrally located and in close proximity to the Alster.
Former art gallery with special charm
When we started the remodeling work at the end of last year, there wasn’t much in the property that suggested a brokerage office. Instead, the view fell on impressive sculptures and numerous paintings on the walls: a real art gallery.
After the renovation, the property shines in a new light and that in the truest sense of the word: From three-dimensional luminous logos to high-quality ceiling and table lamps – the stylish lighting brings more depth into the room and sets exciting accents.
Meeting point and tasteful kitchen area
You should feel comfortable with us – that is our top priority when it comes to office design. Therefore, you can look forward to a high-quality lounge and comfortable seating in our reception room, which radiates warmth and coziness. At the same time, the many glass furniture makes the office look particularly open and large, inviting you to linger. We also prepare delicious coffee in our tasteful kitchen area to shorten any waiting time.
In addition, the new location includes another office room where we coordinate and organize various real estate transactions for you – always with the aim of providing you with first-class service.
