About 600 meters above sea level is the Abama Resort with its luxurious Villas del Tenis. 23 houses are planned, 16 have already been built. The villas feature a furnished living and dining area, a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and one to two guest bedrooms that rival the other rooms. All rooms have high-quality furniture, built-in wardrobes and both air conditioning and heating – although the latter is probably rarely needed in the warm year-round temperatures on Tenerife.

On the 60 square meter terrace with infinity pool you can enjoy a unique view of the sea, where a little further away whales and dolphins can be admired. What also distinguishes Villas del Tenis is its quiet location, which guarantees absolute relaxation. And that’s not all: 24-hour concierge service, room service, a private beach, tennis facilities, a golf course and four restaurants, two of which have been awarded a Michelin star – no wishes remain unfulfilled here.

The five-star resort in the southwest of the island of Tenerife was built by Eustaquio Martínez, one of the most famous architects of the Canary Islands. The focus of the new construction project is on sustainability, comfort and luxury. Thus, many building materials were used directly from the Canary Islands, such as the typical pine wood or the volcanic stone.
The idea behind the resort: you buy a property, use it yourself as a vacation home and rent it out to vacationers for the rest of the time. If you already own a vacation rental, you probably know the hassle that usually comes with guest coordination and maintenance. At the Abama Resort, things are different: Here you will be relieved of all the tasks that arise. You only announce when your villa will be empty – the marketing, guest services as well as the cleaning will be completely taken over by the resort afterwards.
