Environment and Infrastructure
The village of Marušići is situated between the pirate city of Omiš and the coastal town of Makarska, along the popular Omiš Riviera. There are two stunning beaches, but the absolute highlight of the region is the award-winning Punta Rata Beach, located in the village of Brela, about 11 km away.
In recent years, the infrastructure has significantly improved. The neighboring towns, as well as the approximately 55 km distant Split Airport, are easily accessible due to the connection to the highway.
The village offers various restaurants, as well as a small supermarket for daily needs. The old town of the village is particularly worth seeing. For water sports enthusiasts, the region also has a lot to offer. The town of Omiš is known for its numerous sports activities, restaurants, konobas (traditional Croatian taverns), and cafés.
