Environment and Infrastructure
This property is located in Tacoronte in the northeast of the island of Tenerife. Tacoronte is known for its weekly farmers' market, wine-growing and the Club de Golf de Tenerife golf course. But all kinds of other crops also thrive in the soil of this landscape.
The district of Mesa del Mar, with its beautiful black sand beach and large seawater pool, is an asset to the municipality. From the beach you have a wonderful view of Puerto de la Cruz and the majestic Teide with its 3718 meters of altitude.
Large areas of Tacoronte are protected, from the coastal area to the mountains. There are numerous hiking trails in the area - ideal for nature lovers.
The northern airport, one of the best golf courses in Tenerife and various shopping facilities are located in the vicinity of the finca. The capital Santa Cruz and La Laguna as well as Puerto de la Cruz can be reached by car in approx. 20 minutes.
