Environment and Infrastructure
The island of Kolocep is the smallest inhabited island in the Elafiti island group and is located in close proximity to the city of Dubrovnik, which can be reached by boat in just 20 minutes.
The two settlements, Donje Celo and Gornje Celo, located on the east and west sides of the island, are connected by a winding path.
