This new construction project is located in Callao Salvaje, Adeje, in the southwest of the volcanic island of Tenerife.

The municipality of Adeje has popular neighbourhoods on the coast in the southwest of Tenerife, mainly known in the coastal region as Costa Adeje. Protected by the famous volcano Teide, which is on the opposite side of the flow of trade winds from the northeast, the climate is very sunny and you can enjoy beautiful sunsets with breathtaking views of the neighboring island of La Gomera from here.

On the coast we find a large number of beaches with perfect conditions for water sports and activities. Some of them are: Playa del Duque, Playa de Fañabé, Torviscas Playa, Playa del Bobo, Playa de las Cuevitas and Playa de Troya to Playa de las Américas. The marina of Puerto Colón is also a starting point for whale watching tours to the cliffs of Los Gigantes - with a maximum height of 638 metres - and to the Barranco de Masca.
