The villa is located in the prime location of Ljubac, directly on the natural beach. The former fishing village of Ljubac is situated at the northernmost end of the popular Dalmatia region, in a picturesque bay.

Ljubac is 20 km away from the 3,000-year-old port city of Zadar, with its international airport, making it very accessible.

The former fishing village is located 10 km northeast of Nin, the oldest city in Croatia. This romantic lagoon city with over a dozen restaurants is famous for having the smallest cathedral in the world. From Vrsi, you can see the picturesque bay with a bathing beach and the nearby Velebit mountain range with its hiking and climbing opportunities. Well-known islands like Pag and Vir are also nearby.
